Sugar Plum, is a specific variety of fresh plum, characterized by its oblong shape, thin skin, and firm, juicy, sweet flesh with a naturally occurring white coating called "wax bloom". These plums are prized for their high sugar content, often with excellent sweetness and flavor due to the ideal growing conditions in regions like Xinjiang. They are consumed fresh as a sweet snack and are a good source of various vitamins, minerals, and fiber, promoting digestive health.  

Oblong, with thin, smooth skin and a powdery white "wax bloom" covering its purplish or red-to-purple-blue hues. 
Golden-yellow to yellow-green, dense, firm, juicy, and succulent. 
Contains a central pit that is easily removed (freestone). 
Naturally sweet and flavorful, sometimes with a tangy quality. 

Grown on the high mountain of Xinjiang region.
Regions like Payzawat County in Xinjiang have abundant sunshine and specific soil conditions that contribute to the plums' high sugar content and quality, often eliminating the need for pesticides or ripening agents.

A good source of soluble and insoluble fiber, promoting regular bowel movements and helping to maintain gastrointestinal health.
