Refund policy

We have a same day return policy, which means you have 6 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

To start a return, please take photos of the damaged fruits and order number, and send to us at 84599564 via WhatsApp.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your fruits upon reception and contact us immediately if the fruits are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your photos, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations
There will be a 50% penalty charge of the total amount purchase of that order in the event that you wish to cancel 24hours before delivery.

There will be strictly no cancellations is allow if you notify us in less than 24hours before delivery date.
