USA Donut Peaches 

USA Donut Peaches are a flattened, round variety of peach with a dimpled center resembling a pastry. Famous for being extra sweet and low in acidity, they feature tender white flesh and a signature light, almond-like flavor.

They are petite, squat, and oblate, usually measuring about 2 to 3 inches wide. When you pop the central pit out, they leave a hole in the middle just like a cake donut.

They have less acid than standard yellow peaches, giving them a candy-like sweetness. The white flesh is incredibly juicy, soft, and features a slight hint of almond.
The skin is delicate, thin, and velvety, typically featuring a pale yellow base with blushes of ivory, rose, and red.

Because of their flat shape and small, freestone pit (which is about the size of a pistachio), they are very easy to hold and eat on the go without the juices dripping down your arms.
