Storing your strawberries Always store your strawberries unwashed with the hull intact. Once the hull is removed, moisture inside the strawberry evaporates so it is best to store strawberries with the hull. In addition, Strawberries go off or mould easily when stored in moist containers. Store between 1°C~5°C in a paper bag/box or wrap in plastic and store in the fridge.
